Tiree Maritime Trust are delighted to annouce that work has begun on the long-awaited Boat House.
Thanks to Tog Studio, there will, by the end of next week, be a boat house to accomodate the renovated Tiree Dipping Lugs.
The Maritime Trust have laid the concrete slab, and power reached the site today. The site is situated at the pier (behind the old Crofters Commission shed).
The house is being built in two parts. the first part will be completed this year, and the second part next year.
